Complete Home Transformation & Addition
This project involved far more than a standard renovation—it was a complete reconstruction that transformed an outdated home into a modern, functional residence built to today’s standards.
The renovation began with a full interior demolition, taking the home down to its structural framing. The original layout was completely redesigned by removing multiple walls and installing a structural load-bearing beam to create a spacious open-concept living area. This allowed the kitchen, dining, and living spaces to flow seamlessly together, creating a brighter, more inviting environment for everyday living and entertaining.
To increase both living space and functionality, a new addition was constructed, expanding the home’s footprint and creating a more efficient floor plan. The original home featured two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Through the renovation, we preserved the two-bedroom layout while adding a convenient half bathroom and a dedicated laundry room, significantly improving both comfort and practicality.

Inside, every finish was carefully selected to create a clean, modern aesthetic. The home features a custom-designed kitchen with quartz countertops, all-new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a contemporary tile backsplash, and an open layout that serves as the centerpiece of the home.
Both bathrooms were completely rebuilt with custom tile work, modern vanities, updated fixtures, and premium finishes. New luxury vinyl plank flooring, interior doors, trim, lighting, paint, and hardware were installed throughout every room, creating a cohesive and timeless design.
